Brook Run Benches - Installed by Late Feb

Thank you to Marvin Billups for the great news! Many people will be thankful for a place to sit while they watch their children play.

Good Morning Mr. Heneghan,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you on the items you shared with the Citizens Advisory Board and us. However, I wanted to make sure that we have received the shipment of park furniture before getting back to you. The shipment is in and the benches and tables are being assembled. The projected timetable for installation is by the end of February.

Additionally, a work order was activated to board up the building behind the theater. A number of buildings - hospital, power plant, and structures near there will be demolished. I anticipate that all contractual agreements will be finalized within 3 weeks. The contractor will have 10 days to start working toward removing the aforementioned structures.

Please feel free to follow up with me if additional information is needed.
