Hey John, with the plan for a flat fee structure for attorney litigation support, we could be overpaying. Any word on why this is proposed?

Joe, our City Attorney was converted from a contractor to a City Employee based on an IRS ruling therefore his compensation structure changed, but this is not a raise. I believe there was a disconnect on one aspect of his pay computation therefore I believe this will be pulled from the agenda for further review to make sure it is fairly settled.
