Finance request for $30,000 program-NO
IT request-reluctant YES

police-NO on all request, should of asked for boots on patrol as it looks like another year of higher crime stats. This budget plus the 911 budget is double what we paid when contracting with DeKalb Police. If current staffing is a liabilty to the city as the memo implies then we should go back to contracting with DeKalb and free up a couple of million.
