A conversation with Dunwoody Mayoral Candidate Denny Shortal

http://www.jkheneghan.com/city/meetings/2015/Sep/Denny_Shortal_Conversation.mp3

I have had the pleasure of serving with both Mike Davis & Denny Shortal on the Dunwoody City Council and as I consider them both my friends, I want to treat them both as fairly as I can.  Last week I posted an interview that Mike Davis conducted on WABE and I thought I would offer Denny an opportunity to have something posted to my site.

I am looking forward seeing (and publishing) all of the candidates submissions to the 2015 Voters Guide, hosted by the League of Women Voters of Georgia, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and WSB-TV that should be coming out next week.  Then there will be other events around town but the DHA Candidate forum on October 11 at the Dunwoody High School that should be the best way to differentiate the candidates.    I hope you can make it.

No candidate should submit answers to the League of Women Voters. That's not a group we need in Dunwoody.

Thanks for posting this interview, and for your blog in general. As a relatively new family to Dunwoody, we have found this blog to be a great resource to gain a better understanding of what is happening in the city and with its government in particular.
