Socialize with your friends & neighbors. Learn about upcoming projects in Dunwoody that support human-powered movement. Provide input and collaborate on our 2016 initiatives.
  • Appetizers: Thanks to Village Burger, Alon’s and Corner Bakery, we’ll have appetizers to share.

  • Social / Mixer: 6:30 pm until 7 pm-ish

Meeting Topics include:

Public Works Projects Update by Mindy Sanders, Capital Projects Manager: Sidewalks, Bike Lanes, Trails. Budgeted & approved and potential in 2017 and beyond. (Confirmed)
Perimeter Community Improvement District Trail Plan Update (Invited)
Safe Routes to School – Partnering with our K-12 schools. Encouraging and supporting these efforts.
Monthly Community Bike Ride – Starting back up in March. Efforts to increase awareness & participation.
Fundraising for Bike Repair Station – Bike Walk Dunwoody is raising funds to have a bike repair station installed at the trailhead at Brook Run Park.

This meeting was excellent. Such a nice group of people attended, including our city's mayor, Denny Shortal. And to Joe Seconder, thank you for all you do so tirelessly, year after year. Safe access-for-all is starting to become a reality around our city.
