We have to drive through here about once a week. I think a normal set of signals with turn arrows should work fine. Obviously, this will minimize all of the pausing, uncertainty, people going out of order that takes place currently and slows the traffic flow.
A roundabout would be very bad because there's a pretty constant flow from 3 directions during much of the day, which means that a roundabout would not work well here.
Let's not over-complicate things.
