Monday August 23rd, Dunwoody City Council Meeting Agenda
Meeting Agenda
Great to see Rick getting his just do! Rick - keep those pictures coming.
ReplyDeleteIt is a scandal that dwarfs the Black Sox World Series.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know which agenda our unelected (and elected) governance are using to re-write city code. The agenda needs to be made perfectly clear, and not under the broad stroke of "BMPs".
ReplyDeleteThese superficial tweeks in code may fall under the radar, but they are incremental steps which infringe upon the words personal and private.
How much longer before the words personal and private are struck-through and replaced with "for the betterment of community" in Dunwoody code?
Just want to make sure that we are all aware of where this trend is coming from.
Let the Board of appeals accept withdrawals until the vote.
ReplyDeleteThe City should trust the representatives that they have placed on this board, to do what is right.
The fear of constant reapplying and withdrawals has NEVER been an issue in over 30 years of following this process in DeKalb. Why would it start in Dunwoody now?
It aint broke so leave it alone
Do not allow the use of commercial activity in O/I zoned property. We have a zoning category for mixed use and it worked exactly as it was suppose to work with the SunTrust Site at Perimeter. It ain't broke so why waste the time to fix it.
And before you go passing a pervious paver code, do some homework and determine what they can be used for and how they will impact lot coverage which in residential is limited to 35%.
Can I use them in my side and back yard and now park cars everywhere?
Lot coverage is critical when you plan for the future.
Just my 2 cents
