Would it be possible to discuss preventing access to Brook Run of the Halloween hooligans, who always seem to congregate at Brook Run on Halloween because of rumors of poltergeist sightings that have plagued that area ever since it was a mental health institution?
ReplyDeleteOr at least have the park security staff dress like zombies to scare the hell out of the little marauders after the park closes?
Thank-you.
Ahh..Much better Mr. GaryRayBetz, now you sound more like the fledgling dunwoody author from 2004 that you are.
ReplyDeletePerhaps you could use a name a bit closer to your real identity? Maybe something with "Worthy Press" in the name?

ReplyDeleteI may be a "narcissistic hyena" as my youngest daughter references me and adhere to the adage "I'd rather be damn'd than ignored.", but trust me, I am not so needy as to be having to hire stringers to publicly impugn me - there are enough persons out there that express their enmity towards me without charging me a dime.
ReplyDeleteWould anyone buy a house with out getting a cou;e of appraisals in this market?
ReplyDeleteJohn the City Council should do the RIGHT thing and REQUIRE that any land or property purchased with bond money have 2 independent appraisals done.
NOne of the "sliding scale" nonsense. Keep it simple and consistant.
The wrding of the policies and procedures is weak and leave way too much open to later interpretations of INTENT.
We deserve better before future city councils begin spending BORROWED money

Bob, your sliding scale was moved down from $1,000,000 to $500,000 and above needs two appraisals.
