City of Dunwoody focuses on Service and Performance Measurement - Q1 KPI's

The City of Dunwoody is committed to providing the highest quality services to the citizens of our community. In an effort to sustain our service levels, strive for excellence, and push for continued improvement, in 2012, the City established Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for each of our main government service contracts. Departmental goals for performance tied to their core competencies and workload measures were established for each contract.

The 2013 First Quarter Report was finalized on April 30th. This report serves as a management tool and best practices framework designed to provide an overview of performance and workload. This data is based on the most updated information available and the measures will continue to evolve as necessary to best capture performance and workload. Behind each fact and figure presented is a fuller story and more information.

Interested individuals are welcomed and encouraged to contact the City's Marketing and Public Relations Director, Bob Mullen at bob.mullen@dunwoodyga.gov or 678-382-6700.

  1. Looking forward to the finding out when the first Public Town Hall meeting will be held since the Parks Bond Referendum failed 18 months ago.

Looking forward to discussing the future of ALL of our City's Parks.

  2. John - as always thanks for sharing this information. It appears as though the City Attorney and City Clerks are more of a retrospective of what occurred. I would expect to see something like: 99% of all agendas published 3 business days, or more, prior to Council meeting with no changes required prior to the actual meeting; All ordinances reviewed in 5 business days or less with red-lined modifications provided to.....; All supporting documentation for any Agenda line item supplied to Council 3 business, or more, prior to Council meeting. 100% of all Open Records Request fulfilled, or a written response for delay or denial provided within 3 business days of perfected request.

    Thanks for "listening".

    Regards,

    Kerry
