THE CITY OF DUNWOODY, GEORGIA NOTICE OF MEETING FOR THE PUBLIC
The City of Dunwoody Community Council will meet on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Mayor & Council Chambers at Dunwoody City Hall located at 41 Perimeter Center East, Dunwoody, Georgia 30346 for the purpose of due process of the following:
RZ 14-051: Pursuant to the City of Dunwoody Zoning Ordinance, applicant, Steve Cooper, on behalf of JH Holdings, Inc. and Georgetown Shopping Center, LLC, seeks permission to rezone property currently zoned Office-Institution (O-I) and Local Commercial (C-1) to Planned Development District (PD) to allow for the construction of a senior housing residential building in conjunction with existing commercial properties. The tax parcels are 18 345 03 006, 010, 019, and 020.
