John: Question I had after attending the Community Council meeting about this development and the approval for increased density--the lawyer referred to "open space" in the plan, but that sounded like a private pool area, not a public open space. Does our master plan require public open space for increased density? If so, does this current plan fulfill that?
I've often wondered what could be done to make a walking bridge of some sort over that creek (W. Nancy Creek?) to connect Lincoln Parkway East with Old Springhouse Lane. It would do wonders in making Dunwoody more biker/walker friendly if Perimeter Mall and the business parks were more accessible. Does anyone know the procedure for such a motion? This townhome development would be a step in that direction.
