  1. I hope the City is proactively seeking homeowner buy-in in its' effort to connect Cherry Hill and Eidson roads via a multi-use path. I have walked this area and a connecting path seems like a nice idea, but how is it that this area is considered impoverished in order to be considered for a grant?

  2. Max, the Cherry Hill Community brought this item to City Council as a possible improvement as a developer may be bringing forward a land disturbance item for the installation of the sewer line connecting into the sewer on Eidson as all of Cheery Hill (next to the water treatment pond) is on septic.

This area is very nice but Census Tract 213.05 is large because the water treatment center is included which has no residents but this area does include the apartments on PIB & Winters Chapel.
