Presentation and Discussion of Draft Dunwoody Trail Master Plan
John, the diagram of the proposed trails shows a minimum buffer between the edge of the trail and the street, but *no* minimum buffer between the edge of the trail and a home.
ReplyDeleteWhy not?
You already know there is a potentially serious problem with imposing trails onto private property, how about define a minimum buffer between the edge of a trail and the wall of a private residence to help determine where and how to build the trails?
Easy fix that would put a lot of minds at ease. Please don't miss it.
