Prior to the Candidate Forum the Dunwoody Homeowners Association asked for the candidates qualifications and priorities. They have now posted these items on their website and I am sharing the links to the individual responses here as well.
There are seven positions to be filled. The office of mayor plus six council seats. Three of the council positions represent a specific district while the other three are elected at large by all the voters in the city. We have a total of sixteen (16) candidates running for the seven seats. You will have the opportunity to vote for a candidate to represent your district, three candidates running at large, and the mayor. If you need to determine what district you live in, the district map can be found here. Please review the information below to determine the candidates who may represent you when you vote on September 16th.

Thank you for this, John. I am reading up on all this right now. Our local Dunwoody election is an amazing, unique opportunity to really engage in the political process, and teach our children about it as well, rather than just watch it from afar on TV.
