Collaboration takes on many forms. Sometimes we see warm, collegiate cooperation, other times a great plan is formed in the cauldron of dissent.

The Sterling Point Development is an example of how Dunwoody's unique development process worked well to address traffic issues, as well as legitimate economic development projects. Remember that new projects bring new revenues which keep our property taxes low, give us all new choices, and look good.

In this case Councilman Nall, the DHA, and many other talented folks worked to create a plan that keeps additional traffic from crossing over Ashford Dunwoody Road at the Sterling Point entrance.

Welcome to Dunwoody Sterling Point!
