The Great Dunwoody Pumpkin Patch - All Saint's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, 2443 Mount Vernon Road 30338

Just a small sample of the pumpkins available at All Saints.

A few weeks ago the Knights of Columbus at All Saints Catholic Church again received a whole bunch pumpkins in a 70 foot trailer that was unloaded by some of the strongest men & women in the city.

The All Saints pumpkin sale will be going on until October 31st with the hours of operation being flexible, before 6 pm on most nights.   The selection is huge and I know because my boys and unloaded over 1,700 pumpkins from that trailer. Come early as the best carving ones always go fast.

Please stop by, pick up a pumpkin and support this fine charitable organization where I am proud to call myself a member.  Thanks.

Dunwoody - Most experts recommend voting yes on ballot referendum questions.

Dunwoody voters will see a number of ballot questions. All of them got strong bipartisan “YES” votes in the state Legislature, but would need the OK from voters to become law.

There is a good explanation from @maggie_a_lee the political reporter over at the Saporta Report.  Click the link below for the full analysis.

Dunwoody Mayor Deutsch's Meetup: A Community Conversation with Police Chief Grogan - Tonight 6 PM at Brook Run Park

Tonight at 6 p.m.on the Great Lawn at Brook Run Park as #Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch hosts Dunwoody Police Department Chief Grogan for her first Mayor's Meetup. In light of the recent death of George Floyd and the resulting civil unrest, Chief Grogan will share information about the Dunwoody Police Department and answer questions from the audience.

If you would like to learn more about the demographics of the department, how use of force investigations are completed, get info about the department's use of force policy, learn about the process for filing a complaint, be educated about how officers are trained, or how they are selected, then this meeting is for you.

Mayor Deutsch and Chief Grogan are looking forward to having this important conversation with the community tomorrow night. Bring folding chairs and/or blankets. You can even bring a picnic dinner.

On a related note - on June 30, 2020 I posted a police presentation by Chief Grogan on Police Accountability, Use of Force, and the Complaint Process.  Please check out the link below to possibly get a preview of some of the things that Chief Grogan may be covering.
