All,

Just a quick update for those interested. The Public Relations Department has done a good job in getting the word out. We have mailed letters to 98 citizens in the area, made announcements on social media, reached out to HOA and other community leaders to spread the word, notified fire/police/schools.

We have completed tree removal. Materials and equipment will be delivered today and tomorrow. Due to the weather and the nature of this work, we are not planning to excavate until next week when conditions will hopefully be drier.

Thank you,

David Elliott, PE
