The 42nd Annual Dunwoody Home Tour will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Click here to purchase tickets.
There will be five spectacular
homes on the 2014 Dunwoody Home Tour representing the evolving needs and
tastes of homeowners at different life passages. These include a
gentleman’s handsome “smart home,” fully computerized with
state-of-the-art audio-visual technology; a stunning condominium at
Sterling of Dunwoody, the result of a major downsizing; “Serenity,” an
estate home beautifully updated by a former Californian; and two classic
Dunwoody houses recently renovated to accommodate the life cycles of
two active families.
Guests
can begin the tour at any of the homes. All guests are requested to
wear flat shoes. Children, including infants, will not be admitted to
Tour homes.
Tickets
are $25 in advance and $30 on tour day and will be available from local merchants: Blooms of Dunwoody, Nancy’s Boutique, Nancy’s Hallmark, Southern Comforts Consignments and Consigning Women, and Curves of Dunwoody and Sandy Springs.
