The Dunwoody North Civic Association invites you to attend our annual meeting on Tuesday evening to listen to DeKalb Police Chief, Terrell Bolton. DeKalb County Commissioners
If you want improved police services, I urge you to show up at the DNDC Clubhouse at 6:45 pm & let your voices be heard.
DeKalb County Police Chief, Terrell Bolton has agreed to be the featured speaker at the Dunwoody North Civic Association annual meeting taking place on Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at the Dunwoody North Driving Clubhouse, 4522 Kingsgate Drive at 7 PM. Chief Bolton will probably be addressing a number of issues taking place within the Department, including his "Road to Success Action Plan" which calls for the hiring of new officers as well as the Departments switch over to Interactive Community Policing.
If you have any comments or concerns regarding DeKalb's police services, Chief Bolton and his staff will be available for questions after his presentation.

Chief Bolton and his entire managerial team showed up in force for the meeting on the 12th. About 80 residents were in attendance and learned more about the Chief's, Road to Success Action Plan but the highlight of the evening was being able to ask pointed questions directly to the head of the Department on issues such as slow response times and increased occurances of crime.
The Chief and his staff answered all of the tough questions and introduced the newly hired Interactive Community Police officers who will be working the precinct.
It was a very informative meeting and the Dunwoody North Civic Association would like to thank all of the officers who took the time to attend. Thank you.

My cul-de-sac was swept last week with phone calls and emails about nearby robberies and a home invasion. Some of the crimes were said to have happened on N. Peachtree down Dunwoody North way. I live on Lakeland Woods Ct off Womack Rd across from GPC athletic fields.
I was coming to your meeting with the Chief until a church committee meeting compelled my attendance.
Can you include on your blog the info recvd about increased crimes, or send some info along to skbarton13@removethis.gmail.com ('bot-foiler address, remove this!)?
