Just listened to the brief discussion of Tilly Mill (approx. 2:41:00-2:46:00 on the vid) and nowhere did anyone discuss the problems associated with the Womack/Tilly Mill intersection!!!!
The Public Works director seems to completely ignore that a significant amount of left-turn traffic will completely bottle up that intersection, and relief is definitely needed from the turn-lane.
If the issue is use of the lane as a passing lane, then install reflective stanchions or pavement bumps to close off the lane from Cherring Rd. down halfway.
As someone noted, bicycle paths that go nowhere or back into a two-lane constrictor are useless.
