Below was the email from Robert Wittenstein, President of the DHA.
Sun July 10 @ 7:30 pmAttached is the agenda for our meeting on Sunday. The main item, of course, is to discuss DHA's response to the city's actions related to DHA membership and city boards.I have invited Seth Weissman to join us. Seth is a partner at the law firm of Weissman Norwack Curry and Wilco and also a Professor at the Georgia Tech School of City and Regional Planning. He has degrees in both Law and Planning & Zoning. My hope is that he will help us frame our actions. He was recommended by Laurel David, a lawyer at the Galloway Group we have worked with before. We also have the SunTrust proposal for the Old Hickory House property and a request for funds from Dunwoody Elementary School.Hope to see you Sunday.Robert Wittenstein

Compromise #1: For the former Hickory House location on Chamblee Dunwoody, how about allowing Moondog Growlers to use your front parking lot & lawn as a pop-up beer garden on Saturday afternoons & Sundays when you are closed? And can even do a sub menu from Village Burger? The bank's hours are 9 am - 4 pm M-F, Saturday 9 - 12, Sunday closed. So when that space is unused we can ACTIVATE it for HUMAN use...
Compromise #2: Somehow insure the land owners in the current site of Sun Trust on Mt. Vernon GUARANTEE it will not be used as a financial institution when Sun Trust moves out. (Very difficult to regulate).
