Many neighbors are asking me how Council and Mayor reached a majority to undertake this hugely unpopular action.
WE have already allocated $80,000 to fund a General obligation bond. It pains me to say, I am no longer confident that I can 'trust' my City government to wisely spend $40-60 Million in borrowed funds, should the Bond referendum pass.

I support the Mayor and council looking at every means to increase our park lands.
