My son did the collision avoidance training w/ the Dunwoody Policy Dept and I HIGHLY recommend it. Classroom time Friday evening then all day Saturday w/ a Dunwoody Police officer in the car w/ your teen going through various exercises. Very worthwhile!
You know I was thinking of voting for that lady for school board thinking she would be supporting taking teaching evolution out of the schools or maybe I got them women mixed up but anyway Im seeing this lady in the runoffs is very mean in her ads about the man she is running against. I just might stay home and not vote now.
Fitting that the last Charette is the same night as the runoff. Voters should get to both to make sure their voice is heard.
Im only worried about the runoff because I dont smoke. Is a charette one of those french cigarettes where they put those plastic tips on it so it dont burn the ladys mouth?
Sarah,
Mean ads? I think the adjective you need is 'honest' ads. I find it interesting that the cluster info meeting was scheduled for after the runoff. No on could explain to me what a cluster charter is when i asked them
Yes Nancys ads were mean and vicious. Smartone just because you said they werent and were honest instead I went out in the rain and voted for Jim.
So there Smartone! I hope Nancy loses by my one vote. Blah!
Well, it's too late to add this, since the election is over, but for those who would actually like to see the ad and decide for yourself if it's mean - click here -

Ok Smartone your girl won, but now Im hoping she will stay mean enough to get that evolution teaching out of the schools.
Mr. DunwoodyDad,
I have never read a more twisted, malicious, hateful, vengeful, but most of all cowardly post in my life where someone has impugned good upstanding people.
I have noted, not just in this blog, but all over the Internet that you have posted libelous pusillanimous drivel about this fine family.
What accounts in your impuissant character for this perverse harassment of this wonderful family. Are you envious of them? Or are you a stalker?
I would hope this family, for the sake of their children, has filed a restraining order against you, because you certainly frighten me.
However, as a good Christian I shall pray for your redemption. God bless.
Nellie
