The Nava/Breffle Wresling Club was started to honor the memories of Louis Nava and Doug Breffle. These young men were Dunwoody High School students who loved the sport of wrestling!
Parents and young wrestlers!
We are excited to officially announce the beginning of the Nava/Breffle 2014-2015 wrestling season! We have a good team of kids returning from last year, and a lot of new faces as well.
There are three upcoming events that you need to know about:
Parents Meeting, October 29th, 2014 at 6:30pm:
If you haven’t had your kid in a wrestling program before, are new to Nava-Breffle, or just want to meet the new coaches, we would love to have you over to Dunwoody High School to talk about the sport, the Nava/Breffle team. The location at the school is TBD, as there is a volleyball tournament going on, so we will post this on the website on Tuesday. See the directions page for more information. If you plan on attending, please reply back stating so (no need to decline). This is primarily for the parents (no kids activities), though if you need to bring them, they can probably find a way to entertain themselves with 60 feet of mats on the floor…
First Practice: Wednesday, November 5th, 6-7:30pm at Dunwoody High School:

We may be adding a Monday practice after the season starts for those who are wrestling in tournaments (or just want to come), but two practice days a week will be the typical schedule.
Scrimmages and Tournaments – We as a team will schedule a couple of scrimmages during the week, and will participate in a number of tournaments on the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday). These will be throughout the year, ending in February, and will be added to the team calendar when the season starts.
