Dunwoody area Scout Troop holds Open House for Prospective Scouts - Tuesday Aug 6th 7:30 at Kingswood United Methodist

I am a Scouting Dad with one Eagle in the home and maybe the second following in a few years and I can tell you that the program run out of Kingswood United Methodist by Scout Master Barry Deutsch is top-notch.  The Girls program is running smoothly whereby there may be a Dunwoody girl obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout in a year or two following in the steps of her brothers.  Only 4% of all Scouts obtain the rank of Eagle and this is a universally known item that will be listed on the scouts resume forever.  Take a look at this post from last year or the video below to see the success and leadership skills that Kingswood instills, I highly recommend the program.

Backpacking! Sailing! Caving!   Achievement and Leadership, too!
