John: Do you know if there is any bike parking? Thanks.
P.S. I know there is one u rack at Starbucks and 1 hard-to-use u rack at Fresh Market.
Pattie, unsure of circumstances but guessing racks are in the area, maybe village burger? The festival is a private event hosted on City streets so I guess we should add this requirement to the special event paperwork.

John: Thank you so much for that suggestion. I have heard folks being encouraged to ride bikes there and, if asked, I want to be able to direct them where to park safely, conveniently, and in a way that they are not blocking anyone. For instance, the only place to lock a bike at the post office is to the handicapped parking sign and that just doesn't seem like the right answer. Your leadership is greatly appreciated.
