A couple of questions I'd appreciate being asked & answered are: Is it broken? What measurable negative effects on Public Health & Welfare have there been in its current condition? I would be very concerned with the vast amount of effort in time and money to make any switch. I haven't heard any complaints and if the citizens agree that the status quo is fine, then let's shift those energies into a re-boot of our Parks & Rec plan and re-think ways of funding.
How about a 13-page analysis post-2011 Failed Parks Bond to address a going forward plan to fund our Parks & Rec plan?
