The room was over flowing for the Pomp and Circumstance of this evenings swearing in but the real work of the Council starts at next Monday's work session where the agenda (published by this Friday) will be long and arduous as we take up Home Occupation regulations and the 2012 plans for Paving and Sidewalks.
My hope is that the citizens who voted us into office to represent them will stay involved and be engaged in what we do, as we truely can not do this job properly without your input. Remember that any four members of City Council can make a binding decision that will affect all 48,000 residents and businesses for many years to come, therefore I implore you to please stay engaged and I will continue to do what I can to assist. Thanks.
