This evening the Dunwoody Homeowners Association will be holding their monthly meeting and the big item on the agenda for me is to learn more about the proposed town home development that is being proposed on Dunwoody Village Parkway. Based on the drawings, I see masters on the main and therefore am looking forward to the presentation.

Another unaffordable housing option in Dunwoody. Dunwoody is joining the ranks of cities around the world where only the rich can have access to nice areas. Nice.
The Hickory House property sold for $2 million dollars and they just wanted the land. When land is selling at that kind of premium, it's in the best interest to maximize your investment. This project from what I can see, looks like it is more in compliance with our master plan. I believe we will see the Village change for the better over next few years.
