The City parks department have modified the park plans based on public and council comment and are offering these plans for City Council discussion on Monday, February 14th.

the last time I went to examine the Vermack park, someone was clearly living on site. Is there any timeframe on exactly when it will be a park (i.e. people can walk around the property)? Also, I'm not sure what kind of playground equipment the city has in mind, but please don't blow any money on the types of things scattered around Pernoshal (except for the climbing types of things). The exercise equipment looks neat, but is either uncomfortable or doesn't actually give any resistance. Climbing type equipment is good. I recall that the things at DNC are good.
